Virginia Real Estate Professionals Build New Marketing Website in Duda

Fix8 Media in Boulder County, Colorado, is well known for its experience working in the real estate field, building professional, high-end marketing websites for realtors across the country. Most recently, the Fix8 Media Duda website design experts had the opportunity to work with Conner & Co. in the Virginia Beach area. Powered by Howard Hanna Real Estate Services, Conner & Co. sought its own website for marketing its listings and offerings. 

The new Duda website opens with a gorgeous slideshow of properties that leads into the real estate agency’s mission and services for buying and selling homes. Interested visitors can click in to learn more about the team and its professional services, or click directly into any of the featured listings on the home page. Cities pages share listings by location, while each opens with a professional drone video of the area.

When building the listings, Fix8 Media’s designers took advantage of Duda’s dynamic page functionality and set up the listings dynamically using an Airtable. To make the website as user-friendly as possible for website visitors, Fix8 Media built a custom widget that enables users to sort the properties by property type, city, bedrooms, bathrooms, and more. 

In addition to the listings, the neighborhood and school information pages were built dynamically. This not only enables website users quick and easy access to the information they need, but also makes it easier for the Conner &. Co. team to update its website directly in the Airtable.
