Fix8 Media Launches a Stunning Website for Middlebury’s Premier 55+ Community

New Duda Website for Aberdeen Estates in Connecticut

Fix8 Media recently had the pleasure of working on a beautiful website for Aberdeen Estates at Benson Woods, a premier 55+ adult community developed by Lovley Development, Inc., and Newport Realty Group. Located on North Benson Road in Middlebury, CT, Aberdeen Estates offers residents a sophisticated lifestyle in a thoughtfully designed neighborhood. With 32 attached townhomes spanning 11 buildings, this community combines modern comfort with timeless design elements for adults over 55 who desire elegance, convenience, and customization.

Working closely with the team, Duda Experts, Fix8 Media designed a website that not only showcases the high-quality craftsmanship and design of these homes but also highlights the unique lifestyle offered within this community. Every aspect of the site—from its refined design to its functionality—was intentionally created to reflect Aberdeen Estates' dedication to luxury, comfort, and community.

From the moment a visitor lands on the Aberdeen Estates website, the branding is immediately apparent, thanks to use of the client’s logo and color scheme. The luxurious gold, grey, and white color palette was chosen specifically to appeal to the tastes of the community’s target audience. These colors convey a sense of timeless elegance, subtly aligning with the luxurious, inviting atmosphere that Aberdeen Estates embodies.

The website’s design incorporates Aberdeen Estates’ branding seamlessly, with a sophisticated layout that’s both visually appealing and easy to navigate. The sleek, professional look enhances the feeling of high-end living while providing potential residents with a clear and welcoming first impression.

One of the standout features of the Aberdeen Estates website is its use of engaging motion video, which captures the essence of the community in a dynamic and memorable way. The website invites visitors to explore the neighborhood, get a glimpse of the amenities, and see the high-quality craftsmanship up close. This website allows visitors to picture themselves enjoying life at Aberdeen Estates, sparking excitement and interest right from the first click.

“Our team at Fix8 Media was thrilled to work on such a meaningful project with Aberdeen Estates,” says Fix8 Media CEO Josh Neimark. “We wanted the website to reflect the elegance and sophistication that defines this community. We’re incredibly proud of the final product and hope it serves as a valuable tool for prospective residents and to the team at Aberdeen Estates".

The new Aberdeen Estates website is more than just an informational platform—it’s an invitation to experience the lifestyle that Aberdeen Estates has to offer. Fix8 Media’s design and development team has created a digital experience that mirrors the community’s elegance, quality, and sense of belonging. The site’s intuitive design, immersive media, and refined color palette combine to create a welcoming and informative experience for every visitor, setting Aberdeen Estates at Benson Woods apart as the premier 55+ community in Middlebury, CT.
