- What you give us: your name, business name, email, phone, website address and anything you write in a form, chat or email.
- What your browser sends: pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location and referring site, collected in aggregate to understand how the site is used.
- Chat conversations: if you use the chat on our site, we keep the conversation so our team can follow up.
3. How we use it
- To answer your questions and send you proposals you ask for.
- To deliver and support the services in your agreement with us.
- To improve the website and understand which pages help people.
- To send updates you signed up for, such as AI Voice Agent news. You can unsubscribe at any time.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run Fix8, such as hosting, email, scheduling, payment and project management tools, and only as needed to do the work. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
