One Website, One Brand: How Fix8 Media Simplified Synergy Florida's Website Experience 

When a business operates across multiple websites, it can quickly become confusing for customers and complicated for internal teams to manage. This was the challenge Synergy Florida faced before launching their new consolidated website with Fix8 Media, which excels at building websites for service-based businesses. Their core home technology services lived on one domain, while their outdoor living division, Synergy Outdoor Living, lived on another. Visitors had to jump between two to understand the full scope of what the company offered. The message was split, and so was the user experience.

“Our goal was to build one powerful website that tells the whole Synergy story in one place," said Josh Neimark, Chief Creative Officer of Fix8 Media, who has been building websites since 1998. "Combining both sites created a cleaner, smarter experience for users and gave the business a stronger digital foundation." 


One of the most impactful elements of this project is the introduction of a mega menu navigation. Synergy offers a wide range of services, spanning residential and commercial markets, outdoor living, and home technology and automation. A standard navigation bar wasn’t enough to communicate that depth of service offering effectively.

The new Synergy website brings everything together in one place. Fix8 Media web designers migrated all content from the Synergy Outdoor Living site and consolidated the entire company under a single, unified platform. This move eliminated unnecessary complexity, strengthened the brand’s digital identity, and made it easier for both users and the internal team to navigate and manage.
