A New Website for a Gated Community in Dinuba, California

Some projects are a pleasure from the first call. Vineyard Estates is a new gated community in Northwest Dinuba, California, with Sierra Nevada views, customizable floor plans, and homes built for families. What it needed was a website with the same quality as the homes: clean, warm, easy to use, and built around one feature doing real heavy lifting. So we got to work.

The Look: Warm, Scenic, and Uncluttered

The design leans into a warm, earthy, vineyard-inspired palette of soft neutrals and generous white space. The feeling is calm and confident, premium but approachable, which is exactly the tone a family wants when making a decision this big. Rather than crowd the page, we let the elevation renderings, the home gallery, and the open Central Valley setting do the talking, with the Sierra Nevada backdrop treated as part of the product. Clean typography, plenty of breathing room, and nothing competing for attention. Every section is built so the homes and the views are the loudest thing on the screen.

The Centerpiece: An Interactive Planpoint Community Map

The feature that sets the site apart is the Planpoint interactive community map. Instead of a flat tract drawing, buyers explore the whole neighborhood visually. Click a lot and you see its status, the floor plan and elevation that fit it, and the details that matter, all in one place. It turns "what's available?" from a phone call into a self-serve experience, keeps availability current without manual updates, and lets a family fall for a specific lot before they ever visit. For a growing community, that is the difference between idle interest and a booked appointment.

Everything Else, Made Easy

The rest of the site supports that journey. Navigation follows how buyers actually shop, from Community and Floor Plans to Available Homes, Preferred Lender, and Warranty. Customization is treated as a selling point, with options for flooring, granite countertops, cabinets, and exterior elevations. A downloadable brochure and price list give serious buyers depth on demand, and the Join Our Interest List form uses smart checkboxes so every lead arrives pre-qualified. A bilingual agent option opens the door to more Central Valley families, and the whole site is mobile-first for buyers browsing between school runs and weekend drives.

The Result

A clean, scenic site that matches the quality of the homes, with an interactive map that turns browsing into booked appointments. If your home builder or development is doing great work with a website that does not show it, reach out to the Fix8 Media team.
