A fancy word for freeze drying, the process is actually a highly technical way to preserve biological material—and AB Biotech is a leader in the field. So Fix8 Media’s Squarespace designers were incredibly excited to accept the challenge of developing a technical but approachable website to market the company’s services to its target audience.
Starting in the Squarespace Margot template, Fix8 crafted a parallax home page with numerous calls to action to bring the visitor into the website. A visual grid leading to different sections of the website is anchored by a feed of recent news posts, keeping the home page fresh and relevant. A comprehensive Services tab drops down a menu of the company’s various business-to-business service offerings, while the About menu includes detailed information about the company, its CEO, and the many strategic partnerships it has in place across the industry.
The Start Your Project tab features a comprehensive form that enables potential clients to share details about themselves and their needs. All in all, the new AB Biotechnologies Squarespace website is an excellent example of how biotech and pharmaceutical firms can take advantage of the flexibility afforded by the Squarespace tools. The result is a highly professional yet accessible website that accurately shares the firm’s vision and mission with potential clients, partners, and peers in the biotech community.
