A North Carolina area real estate developer and investor with a green focus, Humabuilt wanted a website that would clearly convey its value proposition while showcasing the company’s projects and deep experience. Squarespace proved the perfect online home for the real estate company’s needs!

Starting in the Squarespace Margot template, Fix8 Media’s Squarespace designers crafted an elegant home page slideshow showcasing the firm’s work. A main navigation and footer navigation keep the visitor anchored and able to navigate around quickly and easily. Each interior page makes good use of the banner area with a beautiful image of a Humabuilt home, followed by succinct copy to keep the visitor engaged. A clean and simple Projects page enables interested parties to explore a sampling of the firm’s current and past projects, clicking into a gallery of images for each.

In addition to focusing on sustainability and eco-friendly materials, Humabuilt believes in giving back. A Charity page on the website is dedicated to sharing the stories of Humabuilt’s charitable work, including building homes for poor families in Vietnam. Going green and giving back take center stage for this developer—and their new Squarespace website does an excellent job of conveying the message.
