Fix8 Media recently partnered with Land Use Strategies to redesign their real estate development website, giving the firm a refreshed look that better reflects the depth of experience and strategic work they bring to every project.

Land Use Strategies has been a Fix8 Media client for many years and this project was a natural evolution. Their previous site, built in Squarespace, no longer matched the sophistication of the firm or the complexity of the work they do in political land use and real estate development. The goal was simple: Create a site that feels confident, clear, and aligned with how the firm operates day to day.

The new website features a hero video that captures a sweeping city skyline, setting an immediate tone of scale and growth. A bright green accent color is used across calls to action, balanced with clean whites and soft grays to create a look that feels modern and professional. The navigation is simple and intuitive, with a clear structure that guides visitors through the firm’s services, sectors, and case studies.

Rather than overdesigning, the experience stays purposeful and easy to navigate. The website explains how the firm anticipates opposition, prepares clients for hearings, builds public and political support, and protects reputations. Calls to action are placed thoughtfully, encouraging visitors to engage without interrupting the flow of the page.
