Case study · Nonprofits · New York
A New York disability foundation website that guides families to the right resources.
The problem
A foundation supporting people with genetic intellectual disabilities had a custom-built site its staff could not easily update. It needed clearer paths for families and supporters.
What we built
A move to a new platform with an interactive home page that routes visitors by need, resource and mission pages, a newsletter signup, Donorbox donations, and staff training to edit the site.
Quick answers
How can a nonprofit website serve families at different stages?
Start the home page with clear choices so each visitor goes straight to the content that fits their situation. Pair that with resources and a simple donation path so supporters and families both have a next step.
When did it launch?
December 2023.
