Our Australian mascot, Montanna (aka Monty) fell in love with website design in her early teens. Another client turned team member, Monty joined Fix8 after impressing the team with her Duda expertise, keen eye for design, and superb attention to detail. Fueled by caffeine and chaos, her industry experience spans website design and development, digital marketing, team management, process analytics, and product ownership—and she is always up for a challenge!

When she’s not designing websites, Monty keeps busy with other creative projects, including cake toppers, painting, and writing. She's the proud mum to two neurodivergent daughters (who think she does "computer stuff” for work) and a cat named Syrup (who claims her desk as his own). There's rarely a moment of downtime in her house.
