Offer Waitlists for the Most Popular Products in Your Squarespace Store

Squarespace Continues to Update Commerce Features

11.16.19 In line with the continued updates and developments over at Squarespace, particularly on the Commerce front, comes the latest new feature: the ability to offer waitlists on your products. This handy new option enables shop owners to notify customers when sold-out items are back in stock. Waitlist signups request customer email addresses on the product details page, so interested customers can sign up for notifications when a sold-out item returns to stock.

Product waitlists are available to Squarespace version 7.0 customers on Commerce plans with Advanced Products Pages, and on all sites for version 7.1 commerce clients.

Store owners can view the Waitlists panel to see the name of each product with a waitlist, the number of sign-ups, and the email addresses of those customers waiting for updates when the product is back in stock.

If you’re interested in learning more about this or any other commerce features in the Squarespace platform, contact Fix8 Media’s team of Squarespace experts in Boulder County, Colorado.
